Processing your payments
The final day this year on which any payments can be booked to accounts is Friday, 29 December 2023.
Cut-off dates for payment orders
To be sure that your payment orders will still be executed in 2023, please submit them by 12 noon on Monday, 18 December 2023. Please note that payment transfers to retirement savings accounts, for example a Savings 3 account, must be received by the payee no later than Friday, 29 December 2023 so that they can be entered in the 2023 tax return. Naturally we will be pleased to accept your payment orders already now and execute them on the desired date.
Cut-off dates for payments via e-banking
Payment orders submitted via e-banking must be sent by 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 29 December 2023. You can enter these payments already now, indicating your desired payment date.
Cut-off dates for payments into Savings 3 accounts
Payments into these accounts must be made by 20 December 2023 if they are to be booked in the current year. We cannot guarantee that payments into these accounts submitted between 20 December 2023 and the end of the year will still be booked to the current year. In any case, backdated credits are not possible.
