We're here to support you, in spite of the more stringent measures introduced as protection against the coronavirus. We place the highest premium on the health of our employees, the security of our banking operations and the health of our clients.

Personal consultation upon prior appointment

The branches in Hünenberg, Menzingen, Neuheim, Oberägeri, Rotkreuz, Steinhausen, Steinhausen-Zugerland, Zug-Herti and Walchwil will be closed for banking transactions at short notice from Monday, 18 January 2021 to 28 February 2021. Our employees can be reached by phone and personal consultations and access to bank safes will be possible upon prior appointment.

Cash and bank services

The following services are available to you:


All our 54 ATMs in the Canton of Zug are available 24/7 for the withdrawal of cash and change. They are regularly serviced by us.

Cashless payment

With our debit and credit cards and mobile payment options such as ZugerKB TWINT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay you can also conveniently make contactless payments.

Have cash sent to your home

You can call us on 041 709 11 11 to order an amount between CHF 100 and CHF 10,000 in cash. The money will be de-livered by regular mail within one to three working days. The service fee is 1.5% of the value of the order (at least CHF 30).

E-banking and mobile banking

Make use of these options for taking advantage of many banking services, such as keeping an overview of your finances and calling up account balances and payments.

Personal consultations

Prior appointments have to be made for personal consultations.


To protect our employees and ensure long-term banking operations, personal consultations are only possible upon prior appointment in some of our branches.

Complying with the protective measures and hygiene guidelines, five branches will remain open as before and offer services such as visits to bank safes and transaction processing at short notice for clients who spontaneously decide to do a banking transaction. Visitors to our branches are required to wear a mask at all times.

Open branches:

All other branches will only offer personal consultations upon prior appointment. You can only access your bank safe af-ter calling to make an appointment.

When in contact with our employees, please maintain a safe distance of 2 metres. If you have to wait for a longer time, we would ask you to wait outside the branch and to follow the instructions of our employees.
