We're here to support you, in spite of the stringent measures introduced as protection against the coronavirus. We place the highest premium on the health of our employees, the security of our banking operations and the health of our clients. As an agency of the Swiss National Bank, we guarantee the supply of cash to the people of Zug.

Cash and bank services

The following services are available to you:


All our 54 ATMs in the Canton of Zug are available 24/7 for the withdrawal of cash and change. They are regularly serviced by us.

Cashless payment

With our Maestro and credit cards and mobile payment options such as ZugerKB TWINT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay you can also conveniently make contactless payments.

Have cash sent to your home

You can call us on 041 709 11 11 to order an amount between CHF 100 and CHF 10,000 in cash. The money will be de-livered by regular mail within one to two working days. The service fee is 1.5% of the value of the order (at least CHF 30).

E-banking and mobile banking

Make use of these options for taking advantage of many banking services, such as keeping an overview of your finances and calling up account balances and payments.

Personal consultations

You also have to call us first to make an appointment for a personal consultation, even if it's urgent. When in contact with our employees, please maintain a safe distance of 2 metres and follow the instructions of our employees.

Open branches

To protect our employees and ensure long-term banking operations, we're concentrating our physical presence on a few branches only.

We would urgently ask you, however, to only visit one of the following branches if it really can't be delayed and after calling 041 709 11 11 to make an appointment:

When in contact with our employees, please maintain a safe distance of 2 metres. If you have to wait for a longer time, we would ask you to wait outside the branch and to follow the instructions of our employees.

All other branches are closed. You can access your bank safe after calling to make an appointment.
