    Below you will find an overview of the collection and processing of your personal data by Zuger Kantonalbank ("ZugerKB") in the context of and in connection with the video surveillance of its branches and ATMs.

    Further information on data protection at ZugerKB and details of your rights can be found in our data privacy statement, which you can find at www.zugerkb.ch/en/data-protection-for-clients and which, where and insofar as appropriate, also applies to the personal data collected by means of video surveillance.

    1. Who is responsible for data processing and who can I contact?

    2. What data do we process?

    ZugerKB continuously monitors its ATMs and branches with video surveillance, in particular for security reasons. Video surveillance is carried out by recording moving images, which can also be saved as images, if required. The cameras are usually switched on continuously and record without sound.

    ZugerKB may process the following data in connection with video surveillance: technical data (e.g. location of the cam-era, time of recording), other data (image recordings from surveillance cameras) and communication data (e.g. data exchanged by letter, e-mail or telephone) as well as - if identification is possible and necessary - master data (e.g. name, date of birth, address) and contract data (e.g. data on the use of an ATM).

    3. For what purposes do we process your data and on what basis?

    We process the data listed above based on our prevailing interest for the following purposes: to prevent and investigate possible criminal offenses and enforce legal claims (e.g. in the context of criminal proceedings) and to safeguard our domiciliary rights, in particular to prevent and investigate damage to property, soiling, break-ins and theft.

    4. To whom do we disclose your data?

    ZugerKB processes the data collected by means of video surveillance in Switzerland. They are only passed on to third parties based on a legal (in particular statutory) basis, as part of the operation and maintenance of the cameras, your consent or an official authorization (e.g. on the basis of a release order from a law enforcement authority, which may al-so be abroad).

    Within ZugerKB those persons have access to personal data who need it to fulfill the above-mentioned obligations. In addition to our own employees, these persons also include service providers and external employees employed by us (in particular so-called sub-processor). Data protection and confidentiality are contractually agreed with the latter.

    ZugerKB transmits your data in particular to the following categories of recipients: service providers (e.g. in the area of IT services and property protection) as well as authorities and other official bodies (insofar as we are legally obliged to do so, e.g. in the case of requests by authorities, especially law enforcement authorities, to produce documents, or in the case of a criminal charges made by ZugerKB).

    5. How long do we process your data?

    ZugerKB processes and stores the personal data collected in the context of video surveillance for as long as it is neces-sary for the purposes described in section 3 above or as long as there are legal obligations for us to do so. The data are otherwise regularly deleted, as far as technically possible.
