You receive outstanding invoices directly in the app – which saves on both paper and time. No more tedious entry of payment details. Simply review your billing documentation and approve outstanding invoices for payment directly in the app.


The easiest and fastest way to access Mobile Banking is to use face or fingerprint ID. Alternatively, you can log in using your contract number and Mobile Banking password.

Security recommendations for Mobile Banking

  • Never leave your device unattended.
  • Use a strong password, and keep it secret.
  • Do not store access data such as contract number and password on your mobile device.
  • Always shield your login data when logging in from a public place.
  • Always make sure you log out properly after a Mobile Banking session.
  • Use the latest version of the Zuger Kantonalbank Mobile Banking app and the latest operating system.
  • Activate the code lock on your device (screensaver password).
  • Do not engage in jailbreaking/rooting (undermining the security infrastructure).
  • Zuger Kantonalbank does not use SMS authentication for E-Banking login. In other words, you will never receive an SMS from Zuger Kantonalbank when logging into E-Banking

To use the ZugerKB Mobile Banking app you will need a smartphone:

  • Apple operating system iOS 11.0 or higher
  • Android operating system version 9.0 or higher

To log in to the app you need your E-Banking contract number and a mobile password. So that you can use all the ZugerKB app's functions, you first need to activate it via E-Banking on your computer. You must also go into Settings in E-Banking to set a mobile password that is only avlid for logging in via the ZugerKB Mobile Banking app.

The ZugerKB Mobile Banking app is only available to Swiss-domiciled clients with access to the Swiss store (iTunes / Google Play). The app automatically encrypts the transfer of all data displayed.

I have forgotten my Mobile Banking password

Go to the E-Banking login page and log in there. Under “Settings”, select the “Mobile Banking” tab and click on “Change” in the “Define your Mobile Banking password” area. Create your own personal Mobile Banking password, enter your current E-Banking password in the first field, and then enter your new Mobile Banking password. Save the changes made, and enter the new password in Mobile Banking.

My access has been blocked, what should I do?

For security reasons, your access can only be unblocked by Zuger Kantonalbank. If this happens, please call us on 041 709 12 61. Our advisory team will be happy to help on Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 18.00.

How do I scan QR invoices?

Open the Zuger Kantonalbank Mobile Banking app and log in. Scan the QR code on the QR invoice with the integrated QR reader function, and execute the payment.

Download and installation

You can set up your smartphone for Mobile Banking by yourself. Simply download the app, log into E-Banking, and register your smartphone in the «Settings» area under the «Mobile Banking App» tab.
