    With our future positioning as a Premium Partner for Wealth Management, we aim to increase our market penetration among affluent clients. A sharpened brand positioning, an expanded range of products and services, and advisory services specifically tailored to the needs of wealthy clients will strengthen our profile as an investment and wealth management bank. Another key focus is the development of bespoke solutions for foreign residents living in the Canton of Zug.

    Objective 2: Strengthening Operational Excellence

    In a market characterised by intense competition, margin pressure, and sustained regulatory requirements, efficiency is a decisive success factor. Accordingly, the second strategic priority lies in simplifying and accelerating processes – from client advisory to transaction processing.
