Payment transactions
Processing your payments
The final day this year on which any payments can be booked to accounts is Tuesday, 31 December 2024.
Deadlines for payment orders
To be sure that your payment orders will still be executed in 2024, please submit them by 12 noon on Monday, 16 December 2024. Please note that payment transfers to retirement savings accounts, for example a Savings 3 account, must be received by the payee no later than Tuesday, 31 December 2024 so that they can be entered in the 2024 tax return. Naturally we will be pleased to accept your payment orders already now and execute them on the desired date.
Cut-off dates for payments via e-banking
Payment orders submitted via e-banking must be sent by 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 31 December 2024. You can enter these payments already now, indicating your desired payment date.
Deadlines for payments into Savings 3 accounts
Payments into these accounts must be made by Monday, 16 December 2024 if they are to be booked in the current year. We cannot guarantee that payments into these accounts submitted between 17 December 2024 and the end of the year will still be booked to the current year. In any case, backdated credits are not possible.
Title transfer from/to third-party banks
Orders received by Friday, 13 December 2024 will be processed in 2024. Title transfers received after this date will be processed according to «best effort».
