To use your e-banking and ZugerKB Banking App, you must install and activate the ZugerKB Access App.
Prerequisites
- Your smartphone with the latest operating system
- The ZugerKB Access app installed
- Your QR activation letter

Install the ZugerKB Access app
Download and install the ZugerKB Access app.
- Search for the ZugerKB Access app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Or scan the QR code shown on the left with your smartphone.

Activate the ZugerKB Access app
In the ZugerKB Access app, scan the QR code on your activation letter, which you received from us by mail. To do this, use the QR scanner function in the ZugerKB Access app.
